What kind of snail(s) is/are in the hatchery? Nice pictures btw! Is that a longicaudatus? |

Common pond snails from a couple miles away. I'm planning to buy ramshorn too, if I can't find them wild as well. It's a common t. long, but I have a separate hatchery of gonochoric going right now. It looks to have about 10-20 in it, though it's hard to tell when they are this tiny (only added water last night.) If they don't work out (last time they died off pretty quick) I'm trying my aussie's next. =D |

It's a mix of coral sand and the black gravel the kit I bought came with foever ago, as well as regular sand. |
